Britesmith Brewing is this week’s featured business for #SupportYourSoil! This brewery and restaurant has it all: the best location, on-site brewing, and a cool origin story.
Located in an 1800s blacksmith shop in Williamsville, Britesmith Brewing takes its name from a subset of Blacksmiths known as “Brite Smiths.” Just as the “Brite Smiths” specialized in tin and pewter to perfect the shine and finish of metals, Britesmith Brewing specializes in delivering perfectly polished pints and delicious artisan dishes.
In addition to food and drink, they have live music every Thursday and Saturday night, as well as live music on Monday nights in the summer. While enjoying the music, plan to try out their flagship beers: Billie Haze, Will’s Pils, and Briter Daze.
